Important – Initial Foam Firmness
The Lincoln is manufactured using high-density foam, which may feel quite firm or hard when the couch is new. This is normal and is not considered a defect. With regular use, the foam will gradually settle and become more comfortable while maintaining its supportive properties. Avoid jumping on the couch and rotate seating positions where possible to encourage even settling.
Cleaning & Care Disclaimer
Clean using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Wipe spills promptly and do not allow liquids to soak into the upholstery. Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents or excessive water, as these may permanently damage or discolour the leather-look material. Always test any suitable upholstery-cleaning product on a small, hidden area first.
