Refund policy

We have a 5 Day return policy from date of delivery .

To be eligible to return :

1. Item must be unused .

2. Item must be in the same condition you received it .

3. Item must be in its original packaging and all show cards and label still in place .

4. Item must not be washed.

5. Strictly no return on cut fabric or foam.

6. All Custom-Made Furniture cannot be refunded.

7. Manufacturer warranty is only available for a defect on the Product.

8.No Customer Preference Returns will be accepted after usage of the product. 

Should you wish to return and item please send a email

to info@dreamycomfort.co.za within 5 days of delivery and we

will advise you accordingly.
